I used to LOVE White Cheddar flavor - these were my "comfort snack" and I would eat a box weekly. WIthin the past month (May/June 2026) they have started tasting different. Like a perfume-y and plasticy taste. Have had to switch to Aldi's generic brand because I can't stand this new formula.

I have been eating white cheddar Cheez Its since high school and Im 40 now. This has been one of my go to snacks for eons. I just opened my new box of white cheddar cheez-its and i immediately knew there was a change. They smell different, taste different, and even the texture is different. I was hoping that i just got a strange box that was on sale due to a processing issue at the factory. But I decided to do an internet search and l9 and behold do many complaints already due to the same issues. Cherez-It, if you something change something, tell us! Are these suppose to have healthier ingredients or something? Because it doesn't taste like that at all. That weird aftertaste that lingers in my nostrils doesn't seem safe. healthy or normal. Please fix them! I miss the old taste already 😪

I have been eating white cheddar Cheez Itz for years, and it was one of my absolute favorite snacks. Recently the taste to my favorite snack has changed and has made it disgusting to eat. I’ve bought a couple boxes in hopes I just got a bad one, but no, all the new boxes have this terrible taste to them. There is a new flavor that tastes like something has gone bad and the rest of the usual yumminess is also gone. I suspect the texture has also been changed too making it worse, but i could be wrong. Additionally while when I use to eat them my fingers would be covered in flavoring it’s like there is no flavoring dusted on them at all, if I eat a handful my fingers should have dust on them! but with whatever they’ve changed my fingers are clean. I chose to throw away the new boxes after trying to give them a go, they’re almost inedible.

I would have given 5 stars just a little while ago. BUT YOU CHANGED SOMETHING IN THE FLAVOR!! NO, it was not simply a "bad box". My friends and I loved the white cheddar flavor and we all purchase from different stores. 3 of us noticed a change in the flavor at the same time and have purchased more than one box. Please don't change things that are good!! "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Purchased as snacks for participants in a recent conference. All were very grateful for these & other tidbits!

These are very crispy and you get a lot in each bag. But I think I just prefer the taste of regular Cheez-Its more. Great for snacks and the kids always eat them. There's enough per bag that they don't reach out for a second one, which is nice!

It was delivered with Shout laundry stain remover which busted open wetting everything in the box including my cheezit crackers. I returned it as I’m not eating anything with liquid shout!

I love the white cheddar great for a salty cheesy snack and when they are at Sam's best to get them quick they run out fast so I am not the only one that loves their cheesy taste

These crackers have a delicious taste, are soft yet crunchy and are great with peanut butter. We like the bags because they usually limit how much we eat. They are great to send as part of "CARE" packages to grandkids away in college.

I like these. There is a good amount of crackers in the bags and all have an equally good amount of cheese on each one. Some say it’s too salty but I like them!
