Love this product! Makes my hair soft, smooth, and manageable. Decently priced. Smells amazing! Use this regularly along with the matching shampoo. My 14 year old likes to use it too.

I absolutely love this conditioner. I have fine thin hair and it is hard to get volume. This softens my hair but doesn't weigh it down or leave it feeling greasy. I have yet to fine a conditioner I like more than this one.

I used this when it first came out. Gave my hair body, shine plus my hair dried really quickly. I got so many compliments on my hair. Then I ran out, couldn't find on the shelves at stores and when it was restocked, it just wasn't the same. My hair was limp, fly away and definitely not fuller. I don't know what they changed, but I wish they would go back to the original formula.

The overwhelming smell of cheap, artificial vanilla is so strong that I can not take advantage of the product. So disappointed. Why would anyone want to smell like a store bought cookie? It is nauseating. Of all of the fresh, fruity, citrus scents available I can not imagine why a modern line like OGX would choose a scent as outdated and inexpensive as vanilla. Ewww!

I usually use Pantene Pro V Natural Hair. I saw this and though I'd give it a try. Horrible mistake. It made my hair extremely dry, brittle, and it broke off. I had to get several inches cut off due to the damage this product caused. First and last time buying ANYTHING from this company.

I just got this last week. I had used OGX products before, but I have to say I will be afraid to try them again after this. 3 times now I have conditioned with this and it left this disgusting feeling waxy residue in my hair! It makes me cringe! With my fine, thin hair, I try not to wash, use product that leaves buildup, or blow-dry too often, but I had to blow-dry it today just in hopes of, I don't know, melting the buildup off a bit? I really want to return it, but I don't know that I can even do that. I am so upset I wasted my money on this gross product.

This conditioner is awful! My hair is pretty thin, and I was looking for a cheaper conditioner than the one I was previously using. I've heard so many good things about OGX and thought I'd give it a try. This conditioner didn't give it any body, and made my hair weak and rough! When I washed it out in the shower, it felt like I was touching sandpaper rather than soft hair! I would give it 0 stars if I could...

This works the best on my longer, thick hair. Big fan.
