The shampoo works into a rich lather making my hair feel super clean. The conditioner is thick, but washes off without leaving residue just moisturized hair. After using the OGX Biotin and collagen products for a few weeks my hair seems fully, has less breakage and is certainly shedding (or falling out) less. The packaging is unique and easy to dispense the correct amount. This product offers a great cost value and is certainly worth purchasing if you have thinning hair!

I have dark brown hair and this brought out a ton of red in my hair. It also made it super oily after not even a day (I can usually go 2-3 days without washing with other brands). It does smell great and made my hair super soft! If you have medium to thick hair that isn't color treated I would definitely recommend trying this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from OGX and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have fine curly hair and it LOVES conditioner. I clarify regularly as well as deep condition. This is a reasonably affordable option that I had not tried. Now, after the brands controversy I was hesitant but optimistic. The Biotin and Collagen conditioner does have an argan oil type scent, not unpleasant to me. The scent didn't linger in my hair but my hair smelled clean. It felt reasonably hydrated after using the conditioner but nothing stood out about its performance. I tried it as a wash out or left it in for fifteen or so minutes. Also, I don't hate the bottles but they are clunky. I would use these again happily but I am not going to seek it out. I like to change up my hair products so don't repurchase them often. I liked it a little more than the Biotin and Colllagen shampoo.

For the conditioner, I wish the packaging was in a way where I could set the bottle upside down, but that's my only complaint thus far! I like that it's thick and I don't have to pile on a lot of product to get the results I want.

It protects hair from excessive loss of lipids & proteins which creates frizz & breakage with Lipi Pro Shield™ Technology and provides 2x more protein & lipid protection. It has notes of bergamot, jasmine & vanilla- it smelled powder-y to me but wouldn't deter me from purchasing. Best when paired with the same shampoo. Pros: -infused with biotin and collagen -Formulated without Sulfated surfactants, Parabens, Phthalates, Microplastics and Dyes -not tested on animals -provides 72+ hours of volume Cons: -a lot of product required to build up lather -scent is not my favorite- has slight powder smell I received this complimentary in exchange for my honest review.

This is worth the money and lasts much longer than I would have expected it to based on the size of the bottle. This conditioner leaves my hair feeling so soft and healthy which is what i look for. The scent of the product smells great leaving a luxurious smell and feeling to my hair. I love the size of these bottles and lasted me so much longer. Within the past month, my hair has felt super soft and more voluminous. With some other hair products I feel that my hair gets oily quicker and with this product I feel total opposite with healthier hair. Will definitely purchase.
