For the conditioner, I wish the packaging was in a way where I could set the bottle upside down, but that's my only complaint thus far! I like that it's thick and I don't have to pile on a lot of product to get the results I want.

I've got quite thick hair naturally and the duo seemed to leave a weird texture to my hair that I wasn't a fan of. The scent is kind of nice though, It reminds me of one of the first bath and body works scents (Twilight Woods) I had become obsessed with. While it's not my vibe scent wise anymore the memories coming back in the shower was kind of fun.

This conditioner is very thick out of the bottle, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was not runny in any way. I really felt like my hair was being hydrated by how thick this cream was. It does not do anything for flyaways or sleeking your hair down, but your hair will feel so soft when it dries. AND THE SMELL! The smell is sooooo fantastic! If you have ever colored your hair and you like the cream conditioner that comes with it, this is the right kind of conditioner for you. It has the same wonderful aroma! Unfortunately, this conditioner left me with a lot of tangles, but I love the smell even more, which makes up for that.

while I love the product (I use this biotin and collagen conditioner all the time and it smells really really good) the amount you get for the price you pay is not really worth it in comparison to the normal size bottles usually are use salon size so it's a lot better value paying for those rather than a travel size that is half the price but literally 1/5 of the amount
