This product smells great! But I don't love the way it makes my hair feel. It may just not be the best product for MY hair so I still have it a 4. It feels nice in my hands and it cleans well, my hair just doesn't feel as nice once it is dry.

Absolutely love the Biotin & Collagen Shampoo and was hoping their conditioner would be just as awesome. However, I was very disappointed by not only the thickness of it (super thick), but it ended up leaving my hair very dry. So while I totally recommend their shampoo, I don't recommend their conditioner.

The scent is ok, not my favorite. What I am most disappointed in is that it claims to be a biotin shampoo but after receiving the product the bottle says "give the appearance of fuller hair". So it doesn't actually strengthen hair? I've been using it for a few weeks and haven't noticed a difference yet.

This is a nice conditioner. This was on 50% sale,and a great value. I like the smell and thickness of product- a little goes a long way. I didn't see a huge improvement in volume to my hair, but it is long and very fine. It does leave my hair soft and detangled, without much static in the dry winter air. Will buy again.

This is really making my hair stronger and fuller! The scent is the BEST!!

I've used this conditioner -- the old ingredients version- for years, and it is the ONLY conditioner that gave my roots any fullness. The new version with changed ingredients does NOTHING but make the ends of my hair bushy and frizzy. SO SORRY that they formula for this previously great product was changed.

I think this works well for my hair. Doesn't feel like you have conditioner in your hair once you rinse.

This is a nice product but does not make my hair feel as thick or give it the volume of some others.

i bought this a month ago and im very happy i did however the pump was missing it was just the top piece the spring and tube that go inside were missing

Very pleased with this product! I'm using this with the shampoo and it really seems to make my fine thin hair more fuller. I don't even use mouse. Super large bottle will last a very long time!
