First of all, I do find the packaging to be bulky and hard to grasp especially in the shower. This conditioner made my hair feel waxy and as you can see from my picture I don't have any crazy volume or texture going on after using this product. As for 72 hours of full bouncy hair, I think the weight of the product negates that for me. I have friends who use the set and they absolutely love it but for me, it's just not working with my hair type.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good conditioner! The bottle is really nice, easy to open, and the conditioner smells like expensive conditioner. I noticed a difference after just a few weeks. My hair didn't get greasy and it felt more full. Definitely worth the price!

My hair has a bit of a wave pattern and this destroyed it completely. Safe to say will be discontinuing use of this product.

I do like the packaging of this brand because they're not big or bulky and they don't take up that much room in the shower.

My hair feels softer after using, but I don't notice any other improvements. I don't necessarily think it makes my hair fuller, it actually feels like maybe there's residue that didn't rinse out well. It also left a slippery coating on my bottom of my tub, which also makes me believe this product doesn't rinse well. It made my hair feel heavy, not light or volumized.

I've used them for a year now & my hair has gotten longer & thicker than what it was. I went from thin shoulder length hair to hair past my waist. The smell is good, & doesn't leave a filmy residue like some shampoos do. Highly recommend!

It helped detangle my curls, added lots of shine and made my hair feel healthy and volumized without and heavy residual weigh down that some moisturizing conditioners can do.
