This product is excellent for sore, swollen sinuses due to a cold or allergies but you do have to have realistic expectations. It's non-medicated so it's not going to have the same sinus opening effect that medicated sprays do. The giant plus here is that you can use it as often as you feel the need without fear of "rebound" effects. If you've ever experienced this, you know once is enough to turn you off of nasal sprays for good. Simply Saline does a great job of soothing your dry sinuses and can be safely used in conjunction with decongestants. The delivery system is excellent and these big cans last a long time. I always have one in the medicine cabinet just in case. For about the cost of 1 1/2 cans at most stores, the 3 pack at this price is a bargain!

We have pollen galore here and I always suffer with drainage, pressure and dryness but this sprayed it away. After 2 uses my nasal dryness was better. After 3 uses the congestion and pressure was gone.

Keep in mind though it will not prevent the constant sneezing that a claritin type spray prevents. But this is great if just clogged up and dry and need to breathe again!
