My husband uses it each evening, and he has noticed a difference. He said it's very soothing with no taste. He doesn't care for other nasal sprays because of the aftertaste. I have horrible spring allergies, stuffy nose accompanied by a headache and scratchy threat. On the days I used the spray I noticed I had very minimal nasal congestion and no headache or throat issues- this is a nice alternative to taking tons of allergy medications, I was really impressed!
