Can you please fix your packaging. If it takes me 10 minutes to open using fingernails, scissors and finally a razor blade. It's way too much. Love the product, hate the packaging

I absolutely love this product. I keep one by my bedside and use it when my sinuses feel dry. I also use throughout the day if needed. However, it seems the company has changed the button at the top and I definitely do not like the newer version. It’s harder to press and often I can’t get it pressed well enough to get a mist. The older style worked splendidly. Hopefully the manufacturer will go back to the first style.

I've been using a Neti Pot for years, but, let's face it: It's a bit of a pain to mix special salt with warmed distilled water, then wash the Neti Pot, etc., etc. I discovered Arm & Hammer Simply Saline at the drug store one day, tried it and immediately loved it. It saves fooling with the Neti Pot. It's so convenient, and it has the added benefit of being capable of use as you would a Neti Pot or as a nasal spray, whichever you prefer, or both. Its convenience enables me to use it more often, for which my sinuses are very grateful, especially in the winter months when the heat is so drying. Simply Salne is great to use first thing in the mornings every day as part of my morning ritual; it takes so much less time than preparing the Neti Pot. I LOVE IT, and I was so happy to see that Sam's was carrying Simply Saline now. You can get 3 cans at Sam's for just $3 or $4 more than one can costs in the drug stores. It's a very good value and a great product.

Product is good, but whoever the clown was that designed the plastic protective coating over the bottle and and cap should be fired. The perforations in the plastic don't work. The cover takes about 5 minutes to remove and you end up with about 30 pieces. What a mess! Im a top executive at a manufacturer and if this is what I gave my customers I would be looking for a new job.

I have suffered from sinus congestion and headache pain for decades, and this product is one of the best I've found so far for fast relief. What I love most about it is that it alleviates congestion without drugs! It soothes my inflamed sinuses and opens my nasal passages, all without drugs. Great product! Give it a try if you suffer from clogged sinuses.

I've been using this for a long time, even though I find the stream to be little strong. My main complaint is that it is so difficult to remove the plastic wrapper! I'm older, and I wonder why Arm&Hammer can't put a colored , perforated strip on the wrapper to make it easier to remove for everyone.

I bought a three pack to give this spray a test for both my husband and me. My bottle didn't spray after approximately 4 uses. We tried to remedy by rinsing the nozzle, realigning the top into the bottle, to no avail. Forced to just throw away a full bottle of saline spray.

Pressing it down is not easy since it's stiff. More importantly, the spout or spigot part, the part that you must push into a nostril is too pointy! Chances are I will hurt myself or cause my nose to bleed at some point while using it. It should be rounded, blunter, for safety and for comfort! No, I CAN'T recommend this product. It's TOO POINTED and too hard to use.

The protective wrapping, while a good idea for safety and cleanliness, took 5 minutes to remove - the perforations don't work. Then there's a marketing sticker directly on the cap that I can't get off, and I wonder how clean that is. Finally, the spray does not come out straight - doubt that is by design. There's not much to differentiate nasal saline products, and these small but annoying issues weigh heavily on the rating scale.

Normally as great product. It wouldn't spray, so went in the trash
