[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The formula itself isn't anything too unique or special--it's the bottle design that made Arm & Hammer Simply Saline stand out to me over other saline sprays. It sprays in a cone/donut shape to evenly coat your nostrils, instead of shooting straight down the back of your throat like similar products in plastic bottles. There's also no hard breathing in or squeezing the bottle with this. I can definitely feel the difference on days I use it vs. days that I don't. I recieved this product for free to review; opinions are 100% my own. Overall great product!

This product really is very good. The only thing I am not liking is that I have always used the one with menthol and eucalyptus and now I can't find it online or in stores. I found that the menthol one and eucalyptus helped clear stuffiness much more effectively. Hope this one comes back on the market.

It’s easy to use and helps keep nasal passages moist and clear. Great alternative to drugs that can dry you out and make you sleepy. Just bought this, I have no idea what would possess them to change the formula of a previously brilliant product. What once was "simply" saline is now no longer. My past experience of gentle relief was replaced by burning sinuses and eye watering with the addition of baking soda. They need to at least give the option of an "original formula" product. I will be returning this bottle (without the receipt, didn't think I needed to keep it) with notes in sharpie on the bottle hoping it gets to someone. A previous reviewer said the cliché "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" was fitting. ^ True that! ;)

I have been stuffy for two days now so I was so excited to try my mist. I just wanted a little relief...I wanted to be able to breathe out of my nose.
