After the first use it expelled a lot of mucus and gunk from my nose. When I use it, it makes my nose a lot less dry feeling. It keeps my nose feeling moist for a few hours after use and congestion free. It's somewhat better than other nasal sprays that are on the market.

With the fine mist it gets more aof your nasal passage it seems like and has a great moisturizing relief.
