I always get a little nervous using nasal sprays but this one was simple and didn't make me feel like I was washing my brain. It definately gave me enough relief to sleep with my heavy congestion though it did not fully clear the congestion. I still favor this product for its simple harmless ingredients and I know it's safe for everyone in my home to use as much as they need to. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. I use this twice a day. My only disappointment is when I buy a can that does not work. It's full of the wonderful saline and I have to throw it away because it will not spray. This has happened 3 times. But I still go buy more and take it wherever we go. Wish there was a way to replace ones that won't spray

The product is easy to use and works quickly to help relieve any symptoms so my daughter can go right back to doing what she was. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pretty satisfied with this saline spray - and while it doesn't quite do what I need a nose spray to do on my most congested days, it's great on days that something a little less heavy-duty can handle. I definitely do need a couple of tissues on hand immediately after using, as a lot of the product comes right back out (TMI?)

Prior to receiving this sample to try, I was unaware arm&hammer even made nasal products, but after seeing there were only three, simple, natural products I was excited!
