Right now my allergies are bad so this is great to clean my nose after being outside. I like that it does not sting my nose and is a mist. It is easy to use and helps get the gunk out of my nose. This is also great to keep my son's nose moist so he does not get a bloody nose as he gets those when his nose is too dry. My son likes the way it feels in his nose.

I was scared to use it at first because I thought it was going to spray out too fast. It doesn't spray too fast it is a gentle mist. I have been using Simply Saline (the REAL Simply Saline) for years and have loved it - a gentle saline wash delivered with a strong, sanitary spray. What an unpleasant shock then, when I used my new can - a harsh, overwhelmingly salty assault on my nostrils. By putting baking soda in this product you have ruined it. I tastes terrible, is objectionably high in sodium, and no longer provides the comforting relief of the original product. What a disappointment. I have enthusiastically recommended it to my friends and my patients in the past - but no more. A cliche seems appropriate at this point, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
