I was really wondering if a drug free Saline would work well and I'm happy to say it does! The weather here has been so crazy that our sinuses have gotten a work out. The 1st time I used it the mistake of the sprayer was much more powerful than ones I've used in the past. But it coated my nostrils and after blowing my nose I felt relief. We have pollen galore here and I always suffer with drainage, pressure and dryness but this sprayed it away. After 2 uses my nasal dryness was better. After 3 uses the congestion and pressure was gone.

I was pleasantly surprised that Simply Saline was gentle and easy to use. The applicator/spray nozzle is reaches better in my nostril than traditional/old-fashioned saline sprays. Sometimes it's stressful to spray something up your nose, but this product is much more comfortable. (I received a free product sample in exchange for feedback.)

However, after my husband has used it for a week. It didnt work for him really well. He used it before bed and felt good but he woke up in the middle of the night and had to use it again. It reaches all the way up my sinus cavity so it gets everything out the first time. This has helped prevent mouth breathing at night so I get a better sleep.
