Single pack containers contain 4.5 ounces of spray. The 3 pack version has bottles that only contain 3.1 ounces... thus the 3 pack is actually more expensive than two of the 4.5 ounce containers!!! Rip off!

I'm on oxygen 24/7 and use a cpap at night. My nasal passages get so dried out and plugged. This works immediately and unlike steroid nasal sprays, there is no rebound effect. Also very reasonably priced.

Have been using this product for a few years now at the reccomendation of my ENT doc. I use it twice a day and it works well. I haven't had a cold - yet!

These are only 3.1 oz compared to 4.5 oz sold elsewhere. I've never seen this product sold in such a small size anywhere. It seems cheap at first glance, but the normal size cans sold elsewhere are cheaper.

The sprayer broke the 3rd time I used it. it will not spray and nothing comes out. I don't get to the store often, but next time I go to the store, I will return it.

Seems to work really well. It instructs you can spray it and will help. Also, you can use it to safely irrigate your nose. I have not seen any bad effects. I will continue using this through allergy season

I inherited horrible sinuses from my father. This spray helps me stay away from nasal sprays that are addictive for part of my day. I keep this spray on hand all of time.

The baking soda and nozzle are a magic combination. This does far more than a squeeze saline bottle and doesnt drown me like a neti pot. During hay fever and cold weather seasons this clears my breathing for sleep.
