I have used this saline solution from Arms & Hammer for many years. It is excellent for clearing stuffy nasal cavities and it is NOT habit forming.

I use it for myself and my children. Much safer than a netti pot and easy to use even when they won't sit still.

This does nothing for congestion as it says on the package, it is NOT a decongestant. All I got from it was a wet congested nose.

This product is so effective I have been using it for years and I love that it's a natural way for nasal congestion relief
