I have a lot of problems with my sinuses. Headaches, having to take a deep breath now and then as if I've been running or walking fast. One spray up each nostril works fast and improves breathing almost instantly. Can also do a "flush" with this spray and that helps a lot too. Kind of like one of those nanny pots I think they're called.

I used this nasal spray frequently. It helps keep my nasal passages clean, and helps, with allergerns. Very easy to use. My Dr recommend using a nasal saline spray, whenever I have nasal irritation, from allergies. I highly recommend this product

This product is so gentle! There is absolutely no burning for me, which I experienced with the Neil med saline packets. It’s perfect to use anytime but especially wonderful after being exposed to allergens such as after an outdoor walk, being exposed to smoke, being out at a concert, or after cleaning the house..just in case any dust made its way to your nose. But it’s great to use every day in the morning and at night. Make it part of your routine!

I love simply saline.I have been having crazy sinus congestion for a while.I tried simply saline and in a matter of days I could breathe again through my nose instead of breathing through my mouth.I will keep me an extra can for future congestion problems again.5 star product.No side effects.

Love it! I bought one for my son and granddaughter and the love it. It really helps! We were at Walmart waiting on a prescription when a lady asked my 17 year old granddaughter if she knew of a nasal spray that would help her daughter, my granddaughter directed her to this saline spray.

The problem is with the dispenser. It's a metal canister which rules out seeing the contents. It was very difficult to get the spray to work and after a very few attempts, I gave up. What a waste of money. Pay close attention to how the product is dispensed' it makes a world of difference in how much of the product you actually get.

So I have been using this for years. And it has always been five star however, the new tip design is terrible and stopped working after one use. I will buy again and hopefully it works this time. If it does I'll just swap the tip for the one that doesn't work. Otherwise this does wonders.

Easy to use saline spray with pressurized release and mist. Much better than using addicting antihistamines with rebound like afrin and generics. Better than messiness of a netti pot. Take about a week to clear the rebound of powerful antihistamines. Worth the effort.

The best product tonprevent head cold, nasal congestion. Used this 2 times a day since it was recommended by a surgeon general when she treated me for bronchitis and sinus infection. She was right. This is the only non medicine nasal spray that really works. You can't just use it AFTER you get a stuffy nose/cold. Instead, use it 2 times a day to PREVENT any issues.
