I have been using this for about 1yr and it really helps especially with my sinuses. I use it in the morning and before going to bed. You will definitely see and feel the difference within minutes.

Great at first but continued use proved to worsen my nasal issues. Surprised at the strong rating considering it claims good for everyday use. Not for everyone for sure.

Simply Saline works very well to clean out the nasal passages. It is not habit forming as is medical script nose sprays. I would recommend it to others.

To me this stuff is useless. I get maybe 2 seconds of relief before I'm all stuffed up again. I'd have to spray it up my nose continuously all day. I've even tried other nasal sprays, they just don't do anything for me.
