I am most excited to know that it could be used a a mist or cleanse. I loved that it remained sterile throughout use. With allergy season upon us, I am so excited to continue to use this to help with my nose.

We have bad nighttime breathing problems and we used this faithfully every night before bed. I can breathe, he can breathe and I dont have to put a pillow over his snoring face!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample and tried the ARM & HAMMER™ Simply Saline™ Nasal Mist yesterday. The spray blast actually hurt my nose. I tried it several different ways in each nostril. It hurt twice out of about a dozen sprays. I think it would be helpful to have a photo showing best angle. I didn't like it and it didn't seem to make a difference with my mild congestion. It is much nicer than the medicated sprays, but it didn't seem to work for me. My husband tried it next (he uses a neti pot). I thought he'd like this because he wouldn't have to mix up the salt and warm water himself. He said it was easier to use the neti pot and still preferred it over this product. I know many people have had good results, but it wasn't for us. I would say that it was worth a try. No drugs. Easy to use. Great brand. You'll have to try it yourself to see if it works for you
