I have mild allergies and sinus congestion this time of year and usually use a nasal decongestant when it gets really bad. I used this product for 2 days and can already tell a slight difference. I'm still a little congested but my nostrils aren't as dry and instead of being dry, sore and congested my nose is running and I'm able to blow my nose and clear the congestion a little easier. My only complaint is I can't do a full spray because it's too much.
