PURE non-toxic (w/o preservatives) CLEANSING/HEALING in BEST dispenser (others aggravate difficult to handle & the spray either too hard or wimpy); EXCEPT for AIR TRAVEL limitations, a small soft plastic squirt bottle w/o preservatives is best, v. plane germs nose/mouth; & for HEADCOLD, Simply Saline light green homeopathic NASAL saline spray can (for nose only) we adults prefer the Children's as the adult too caustic mint for our sensitive fair senior nostrils :-)

It was difficult to spray the first few times. It didn't spray, a stream came out..After a few times a seal broke (I think) and it sprayed well after that. I like that it can be used as often as needed. The result is not dramatic, but it helps the nose to feel better and breath.

Just the thought of sticking something in my already clogged nose didnt seem that appealing. I however sucked it up and tried it and I was surprised. It didn't hurt and it seemed to make me less stuffy. I wont say this completely cleared my stuffy nose but it did help me a lot! The one thing I didn't like is after using it I seemed to get this weird salty taste in the back of my throat.
