The strength of the spray and solution really clears out your stuffiness and helps drain your sinuses. If you don't have time for a netty pot, this is excellent to carry around with you. It is a bit pricey and less ounces than the plastic bottles with saline solution that are sold. Wall-Mart still beats the popular drug store prices, too. The saline solutions stored in the plastic squirt bottles also end up smelling and tasting like the bottles.

I definitely do need a couple of tissues on hand immediately after using, as a lot of the product comes right back out (TMI?)

It really worked well cleaning out my nasal passages. My husband also used after a sneezing spell from my cat. I will continue to use this product!

It helps when i have a really dry nostril thats bugging me. I really like that it doesnt have any gross taste or drainage (gross to talk about but anyone who has tried these kinda sraps knows what i mean!). We have pollen galore here and I always suffer with drainage, pressure and dryness but this sprayed it away. After 2 uses my nasal dryness was better. After 3 uses the congestion and pressure was gone.

Lol. I'm going to be using this everyday since its not an actual medicine and it's safe. I l9ve my simply saline nasal spray mist. It's amazing!
