[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this everyday in the shower. A must have for allergy season! The nozzle is a lot different from the squirt bottles I have used in the past. This delivers a fine mist (pushing part way down) that doesn't run out or back down your throat. A stream can be achieved by pushing all the way down to use like a neti pot. I can sleep all night without having to blow my nose or spray anything into my nose. This is such a relieving product for me and I am so glad that I don't use the prescription sprays any longer. It is very handy, easy to use, easy to carry with me and not too bulky (even the giant size), which means that I can always use it straight out of the pool. No complaints whatsoever; great product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a free sample of ARM & HAMMER™ Simply Saline™ Instant Relief for Everyday Congestion and used it for the first time today. It was weird but not in a bad way. I am used to my neti pot, so this just felt much more medicinal, if that makes sense. But that was only during use not from the product itself. The product felt totally neutral and natural like my neti pot. Worked very well to help clean out my nose after spending all day digging in the dirt! I would totally recommend it to anyone that doesn't want to use a neti pot. My only complaint is the price point. I got this for free but looked to see how much it would cost me to replace, because I did like it. For the amount you get, it is a bit steep for me but that is just me. That is my only real complaint. Good ingredient list and easy to use and worked well, so... hahaha! Thanks!

On the days I used the spray I noticed I had very minimal nasal congestion and no headache or throat issues- this is a nice alternative to taking tons of allergy medications, I was really impressed!
