I had ordered another cash register but couldn't figure out how to program it. I sent that one back and ordered the Royal. I'm so glad I did, it is perfect for my small little business, and I'm glad to have it!

Worked well for the snack shack we had.

Compared it to other sellers and Walmart price and terms were best

This register was very difficult to program and there are NOT any instructional videos or manuals online to assist in the programming.

One cannot see the printout of what yo just entered without advancing paper manually. The screen can't show a running view of the transaction. We wanted a simple cash register, but this lacked a must have feature for us.

Simple register, IF you know how to use a modern day register, our club was looking for a register that we could input different costs and add them up for a total, but you cannot do this with this machine, all items must have a PLU (price look up code)

Would like a return and refund won’t keep memory

Very bad product it last only for 5 months, then it’s tart failing and end up not working.
