I manage a bar this is the third register I have ordered for it is easy to use and set up. It has more capabilities than what we use but they are there when we need them in the future. We currently use them at both drink stations and the kitchen.

I had ordered another cash register but couldn't figure out how to program it. I sent that one back and ordered the Royal. I'm so glad I did, it is perfect for my small little business, and I'm glad to have it!

Best place to get things from they shop on time arrive in great shape Will not go anywhere else Will buy again with out a doubt

Could have more instructions on the keys.

It’s really good for the price and for what I need it but the setup was a little bit more than expected

Simple register, IF you know how to use a modern day register, our club was looking for a register that we could input different costs and add them up for a total, but you cannot do this with this machine, all items must have a PLU (price look up code)

Very difficult to program. After an hour of getting it programmed the drawer was broke and wouldn't pop open. Disappointed. Very cheaply made.

Would like a return and refund won’t keep memory

Received a used item and did not work at all , functions were bad
