Machine works as expected. However, instructions for programming it are seriously lacking. I contacted the company for those instructions, but they refused to send them to me. If they had supplied me those instructions, I would have rated this 5 stars!

I did not receive the cash register I ordered. I was not a Sams member so I joined just so I could order a cash register that had a white top which the picture showed, but, received one that was all black. Also I wanted the sales to show on both sides so my customers could view sales as well and I thought I read that it had that feature, the one they sent does not. I could not send it back as my store was going to open and I would not have had time. This is my first purchase and it is a screw up.

I was excited to get this cash register as we needed it for our fair booth. I opened it up and the key to lock it up is missing. I contacted them immediately ask them for a key and they told me after saying oh it’s gotta be there that somebody else would be in touch with me. I have not heard anything from anybody. This is so unacceptable.

could not program

I bought this a month ago and after two weeks someone broke the dollar bill spring holder. They are very plastic but for the price…I was ok getting a replacement. Guess what? The company does not make a replacement part or a replacement drawer. I have to live it with it or buy a new register! It’s really hard to believe. I’d buy any brand but Royal.

Easy to use

Very lightweight cash drawer. Ok for very basic needs. Be aware!!! This register requires you to have receipt paper installed or will not work. Royal customer service is terrible. It is somewhere far away and sounds like they are in a tunnel. Unable to communicate.
