Replaced our old Royal shredder with this one and are very pleased with it. It is much quieter and we like the window that shows how full it is. I like the lid that slides up to shred. It looks neater.

This is a great little shredder that fits underneath my desk. It works very well without any hesitations or jamming. I like the cover feature that hides the opening until you are ready to use the machine.

It does shred 16 pieces of paper at a time. The container for the shredded paper is at least 3 times larger than any other home shredder I've had. It pulls out for easy dumping. Also, it's quite quiet, shreds CDs and credit cards.

We had to replace our Fellowes shredder after 1 1/2 years and this Royal shredder is by far a much better shredder. It is very quiet and I love the shield that you open and close when not in use. It is somewhat slower during the shredding process but we don't have heavy volume shredding to do at one particular time so it works fine for our needs. The collection bin is much larger than any other shredder we have owned so we don't have to empty it quite as often. It was a good value for the money.

We had a ton of papers to shred along with cd and credit cards. Let it run about an hour at at time and it worked like a charm

We purchased one of these in-club. Works perfectly. Sheds cards and CD-DVDs with no problem. We use it everyday in our office. Great buy!

Good shredder, runs quieter than our old one. Also slower and a little more difficult to feed paper and to dump the basket. Does a great job of shredding into small pieces.

This shredder is quieter than my former machine made by FELLOWES. WHEREAS FELLOWES strongly advises LUBRICATING the cutters, ROYAL advises AGAINST lubricating.

Does the job slower than I thought but I am new to shedders.Does everything it is supposed 2 do.
