We ordered this online, and the first one received did not work. The papers were being shredded on the left side, however the right side was not working. We took it to the store and they exchanged it. The second one worked well. However, we would not recommend putting more than 3-5 sheets in at a time.

I try to stay away from low cost products because of performance but I'm truly surprised and delighted about purchasing this product. Because of it's capacity, it was able to get rid of a ton of paper that I've been needing to shred long ago. Purchase was very simple to be picked up at customer service so that I didn't need to search throughout the store. If it wasn't for other products I purchased, I could have been in and out of the store in less then 10 minutes. This is the way to go from now on...!

Really like that I can shred whole sheets of paper without having to fold them. Quite a time saver.

Size allowed to fit it under the desk, having small rolls. Very convenient.

I bought this shredder yesterday and the price was right. I thought it was be loud when it shreds but it is quiet and does a great job. Has an easy pullout basket that holds a lot of shredded paper.

we have a small office and may shred 10 sheets per day, usually less. This shredder has already malfunctioned; it has to be cut manually on & off because the auto-switch stopped working within the first 60 days. There is a warranty and we are still trying to get something done through that, however, the response time is VERY SLOW. I would spend a little more and get something better if given a second chance... this is not worth it!
