Purchased this shredder to replace one that wasn't doing the job...I can feed this one multiple sheets of paper and it gobbles it up with ease. Quiet and has an automatic start/stop feature which makes it a feed and walk away system. Recommend this item.

I bought this shredder out of necessity as my old shredder, also a Royal, finally self-destructed after close to twenty years of use. Needless to say, I opted for another Royal as the replacement. The two main features I like about my new shredder are: paper is shredded into chips; the shredder doesn't baulk when fed multiple sheets of paper.

I bought the Royal cross cut shredder at Sams about 3 weeks ago! Great product and very quiet! I love it!

Works great, doesn't clog up, and so easy to empty. Has an earlier version of this shredder that lasted over 10 years. Was so happy I could still get this style.

somebody complained about the sticker on the front. They were right -but that's the only thing that I can complain about. Much better than the one I used to have

I bought this last month and was able to get all the papers I wanted to get rid of shredded in very little time. The shredder is small enough that it is eaxy to store out of the way.

Bought it about two months ago and have shredded several statements, bills and a few credit cards so far. Chews right through anything I've put in it. Basket about 1/2 full so far. I love it. Thanks.

I like the pull out drawer when you have to empty it, unlike others Ive had! I like the fact that you do not have to grab a heavy top and sometimes HOT top! It fits my needs perfectly! JT

I brought this shredder over 2 months ago and it has worked perfectly. It can handle 10 sheets of paper with no problems. Documents are shredded into fine pieces of paper which gives me a sense of security. This has been a great buy.

I purchased this for the company I work for and we opened it,to our surprise it was used with paper stuck in It and pieces broke. I haven't had the opportunity to return it as of yet.
