Bought two of these online, one for me, one for my mom as replacements for very old shredders. It does a great job of shredding with one or up to 12 sheets and old credit cards too. I hope it lasts me a long time.

We bought this almost a month ago. It came in and was super easy to set up and start using. We have had no issues at least this first month! Very affordable and exactly what we needed!

I bought this about six weeks ago. I am very pleased with this product. It is much quieter than my old shredder and it shreds 12 normal sheets with no strain on the machine. I am a satisfied customer.

Purchased when this went on sale for $39 - - even at $49 this is a great deal if you are looking for a shredding for household confidential statements like bills. Compact and fits next to desk nicely.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with this product. It has wheels and the basket can be pulled out and not have to take the mechanical top off. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a good shedder.

I bought this shredder almost a month ago .It is working OK so far but it slows down when you try to shred 5 papers ,and gets stuck if more . Not performing as specified.

I bought this because we have three in my office. I had torn up my old one at home and wanted this version with the basket attached. Love it - especially the cross cut.

Warning!!! We bought this from Sam's Club on 8/31/14 and had to return it the NEXT DAY on September 1, 2014. It is a total piece of garbage. We should have known for the price, but we thought well we are not shredding 12 pieces of paper at a time, so we will give it a try. It did not work past 5 pieces of paper and it got stuck and jammed at 6. Don't be foolish like us. Now we have to spend (and waste) our time and gas driving back to Sam's to return it for a refund.
