This shredder comes with a large sticker on the front advertising the product's features. I spent 30 minutes with hot water and elbow grease trying to remove this sticker and the glue. Royal should have made this sticker easy to remove. I would not buy this product until Royal upgrades the sticker for easy removal or removes the sticker from the product completely. It is pertinent to note, none of the Sam's Club advertising or the box depict the shredder with the large front sticker.

This shredder is a great product; its very quiet which is an additional asset.
