I had stacks of papers to dispose of. After checking several retailers that sent the material to a third party, I decided to shred it myself. This cross cut shredder did an excellent job. It is quiet and quick.

I like the shredder but it puts it on hold every time I shred anything, I have to turn it off and turn it back on every so many seconds. I wish it wouldn't do that, but other than that it's great!

A reasonably priced unit. Not too large. Large Pull-Out container for refuse. Read the instructions to turn the unit on prior to returning it. Seems to work well for my purposes, but I have not tried 18 sheets.

Very strong and dependable shredder. I'm eliminating all my paper files and converting to digital. This shredder is working for 3 to 4 hours and never heats up or shuts down. Staples are no problem and it easily shreds my documents.

Nice product only thing i dont like is the bin lite comes on alot but it is a big bin but it doesnt be full all the way but other than that havent had that long but a good product so far.

This machine can handle large amounts of papers without jamming! We use this in our office, it is quiet compared to the older smaller shredder that we had.

I fractured my ankle (12-27-18),was off work for 6 weeks...ordered this awesome shedder. Put it to work for 3 straight weeks,this baby is a workhorse,great price...might not take 18 sheets but will take 12 easily. Would recommend it.

I purchased the Royal 1830mx cross-cut paper shredder and have used it a little. It is quiet and seems to be a sturdy, good shredder. I'm happy with it and expect it to last a long time. I would recommend it from my experience thus far.

Did a lot of research on shredders before I made this purchase. So glad I went with this one. It is quiet. The bin holds a lot so I don't have to constantly empty it.
