I really enjoyed using TRESemme Rich Moisture Shampoo for Dry Hair. The results were noticeable from the first wash - my hair felt deeply hydrated, soft, and looked very shiny. It cleanses well without over-drying, which is very important for my dry hair. The texture is rich and creamy, lathers nicely, and spreads easily through the hair. The dispensing is convenient, and you don't need a lot of product, so it feels quite economical. One of my favorite things is the scent - it smells amazing but not overpowering. After drying, my hair feels smooth, manageable, and healthy-looking. Definitely a great option for dry hair!

I have also used Tresemme for 15+ years. I will no longer buy it nor will I recommend it.  Once the old formula has changed, my hair is left extremely oily and is weighed down.  I have long hair and thus makes my face very oily as well.  This product has gone from great to not awful.  Very disappointed!

I have thin, blonde hair. The old moisturizing conditioner (white bottle cap) was perfect. I used it every day and didn't even have to shampoo. It left my hair feeling clean and strong. The new "Advanced Technology" formula (black bottle cap) is a completely different product. :( No matter how many times I rinse, my hair is stringy and oily. I'm so distraught because the original product was all I ever used, and now I will have to switch to a new brand. I will continue to look for the old product, but fewer and fewer stores have any left. Please bring back the old formula! I'm begging!

This conditioner works really well on some hair. Personally I really love it but I wish it would work better on the frizz and breakage. Yes there are other products you can use but it would be easier all wrapped up in one. I have curly hair and need a good conditioner!

This USED to be the best conditioner ever. used it for over 15 years now....I have great hair. This new formula is God awful. It's thin and watery and leaves my hair weighed down and greasy. I BEG you to go back to the original. Why do companies always have to mess with something that was great to begin with and make it worse is beyond me. I've never left a review for anything....this is so bad I had to. I have one bottle of the old stuff left. After that I guess it's back to Loreal or Pantene

please go back to your old formula! Look at these reviews and all over the internet. Your customers are telling you they are not happy. My three sisters, several friends and myself use to religiously use this conditioner. It's horrible now. We all got to talking about it and when we looked it up there's complaints all over the net about the same thing! Please listen to your customers. Go back to the old moisture rich formula conditioner and advertise it as such.  Please!!

I normally do not write reviews, but I feel compelled today after seeing my hair. I am African-American with natural 4B-C hair, so I am always looking for a product that provides tons of moisture. I actually mixed this product with Giovanni Smooth as Silk conditioner and a little EVOO, and I styled my hair in twists with my usual products. I took my twists out today, and my hair is super soft and bouncy with a shine to it! It has never felt this soft and moisturized before! I'm definitely going to stock up on this conditioner and start integrating it into my normal hair routine. I would definitely recommend everyone give it a try, especially if you tend to have dry hair!

I have been using this product for a couple months now and I really like it. My hair is relaxed and has a tendency to dry out. So I was looking for something that would really moisturize my hair, and this product is getting the job done. I have tried so many beauty supply store products, but this product seems to be working the best. It leaves my hair silky, shiny and gives it a lot of slip.

My hair is long and super fine. It gets tangled easy and was dry and looking straw like. I have always chosen products to add volume since my hair is usually pretty flat. I decided I definitely needed the added moisture so I went with this product and it is AWESOME! After 2 uses my hair was smooth and shiny. I was a little leery because moisture products tend to weigh down my hair but this does not at all. It left my hair tangle free all day long too. I am a first time user but now I'm definitely sticking with TRESemme!
