The products themselves are great but the pumps on the bottles are very small. I have medium length, thick hair and i have to push the pump 15 times to get enough shampoo to was my hair.

The best. In my granddaughters hair this is better than any de tangler I've ever used. This makes it so I don't have to have something to help everyday to brush out her long hair.

LOVE the shampoo, but not as crazy about the conditioner. I don't feel like it makes my hair very conditioned, but I color my hair. That may make the difference.

Ordered the old tresses shampoo and conditioner and got the new one and no where on the description did it say it was the new one the ingredients are different!

The conditioner bottle arrived with a clean cut, about an inch. After unwrapping it, the conditioner started to ooze out and so I had to place it in a bowl to collect what leaks out. The bowl is full after one day.

My daughter has fine curly hair that can be very unmanageable. The shampoo when brushed in, releases the tangles so we don't have to over condition. The conditioner, only being used once a week, gives her hair a nice shiny bounce.

Found this to be an excellent hair care combination. Moisturizes, yet doesn't make any greasy feel in my hair...I don't have itchy scalp w this product like I have with almost every shampoo and conditioner.

This shampoo honestly sucks. I buy it because this is all my sams carry atm that doesn't cost 20 bucks a bottle and it lasts awhile. I wish they would bring back other choices.

Good shampoo and conditioner. The only drawback is the huge containers. Very heavy when full and the size is cumbersome in the shower, so I had to purchase some flip-top smaller plastic bottles and refill them when needed.

I like this shampoo and conditioner, however, when it arrived the pump on the shampoo was busted and couldn't be used. Thankfully I had not thrown away the pump from my empty bottle.
