I bought these because they were on sale even lower than the normal low price. I bought 4 or 6 sets. Anyway, two of the sets were leaking and the tops were broken when I got them. I was going to call to complain but I didn't. I figure when we finish the first set, we can just replace the tops on the broken sets. I do think more care needs to be taken in shipping these. Had I only bought one set, I wouldn't have had the option to replace the broken lids with another set.

I purchased this set for my granddaughter. She loves both products daily. I use the shampoo but not the conditioner. She must really like it because she hasn't switched in over 2 years.

Smells MAJESTIC so good and my hair feels soooo good and it feels so good on ur hair and the scent last on ur hair and i would recommend for VERY dry and they have vitamin in there ingredients which helps me with my hair and it has SUCH a good price for the size and if u cant buy it buy the mini one

The lid of the shampoo bottle was broken and it had leaked all over the bottom of box that it was delivered in.

Love the smell, love how easy it is to apply the conditioner, love the shine BUT my hair has been weighed down a bit more, suffered a lot of breakage since using this shampoo and conditioner, it gets tangled really easily and badly, and i noticed my hair falling out so much more than i normally do shed. i noticed thinning at my hair line and just all the hair in the shower plus the hair shed on the days in between hair wash days. maybe I'm just going through a phase right now or maybe its this shampoo and conditioner line. hard to tell. i still really like tresemme especially even more so because they're animal cruelty-free and promote/encourage real women for success. But i'm not sure i can continue with this….

Ordered this and when I opened my package a few days after arrival I was very annoyed with what I saw. The items both came with non working. The conditioner and shampoo leaked everywhere in the box and all over the items. I'm also not sure why there was pink residue mixed in there. Will not order from again.

Product came all busted up and the box was full of shampoo and conditioner.

The product it's self is fine. But the shipping come on everything I've been getting lately is either leaking or broken.

Why are both the shampoo and conditioner now in a similar Black bottle? My wife will not be able to tell the difference as she will not beable to read the bottle descriptions in the shower. Why couldn't you leave the colors well enough alone?
