This is the BEST CONDITIONER EVER. This conditioner makes my hair softer than a baby's. I am Black and i have relaxed, damaged, dry, and hard to manage hair. Every time I use this I could easily slip my fingers through my hair which i could barely never do. My hair becomes soft, moisturized, and shiny to the point I don't want to wash it out. I also love how it's clear and smells yummy. This is the best and only conditioner i will ever use. For extra bonus leave the conditioner in a little longer than instructed.

This was my favorite conditioner, before the new Unilever version came out with the black label and black cap. The new version is runny, not thick, and leaves my hair greasy and limp. The old version was much better, but it used better, more expensive ingredients. The new version uses cheaper ingredients and it shows. I bought out my store's stock of the old formula and returned the new version is is very inferior.

I was a faithful Moisture Rich user. It was the only shampoo and conditioner that I could tolerate with my allergies that also left my color treated hair full of life and bounce. I had great hair. The new formula is TERRIBLE! My hair is lifeless, stringy, dull and oily and dry at the same time! It does not seem to rinse well and the residual fragrance is off. What a shame! I will have to discontinue. The search goes on. Too bad. I used to recommend the old formula to countless others like me. Now no more.

I've been using Tresemme shampoo and conditioner for years and loved it but since they brought out the new formula my hair is sooooo greasy from the minute i've dried it and left looking limp and lifeless. I've since had to go out and buy a different brand........please bring back old formula it was perfect.

I have used Tresemme Moisture Rich shampoo for years and it was the best. That was until they changed the formula from a clear-liquid base to a cream base. I do not like the new product. It doesn't wash fully out of my hair, and my hair comes out limp and lifeless. I HATE THE NEW FORMULA! Please, please, please, return to the old formula and you will have a lifelong customer again.

I love the product however I do not like the pump style dispenser on my conditioner. I simply don't want to pump it 20 or more times each time I use it. Plus it leaves behind so much product and causes me to buy it more frequently and unfortunately I cant afford that so I resort to other products.

New Rich Moisture shampoo is wonderful! It lathers nicely, cleans well, rinses thoroughly without leaving residue, and leaves my coarse hair silky, shiny, bouncy. It has a mild scent which does not overwhelm (THANK GOODNESS!), and after rinsing, is pleasantly just 'barely there'. The performance and results of the new formula remind me of the Tresemme Moisture formula of the late 90's/early 2000s, which was the best shampoo EVER. You've nailed this one, Tresemme, THANK YOU!

To be cheap they changed the formula, as I was using their shampoo and conditioner for years without issue and no skin issues , I noticed within the last couple of months, tons of dry itchy skin. Not good , stopped buying period , i checked and others have filed class action. Lawsuits due to this, so I no longer buy any of their products period

I'm absolutely loving the TRESemmé Rich Moisture Shampoo for whenever my hair is feeling extra parched and dull! I am an Afro- American nautral hair person with very dry hair. This conditioner leaves my hair so soft and hydrated after each use. I use the product as a co-washing product. sometimes I mix it with oils and use as a deep conditioner. This a great conditioner for 4c natural dry hair.
