This was my favorite conditioner, before the new Unilever version came out with the black label and black cap. The new version is runny, not thick, and leaves my hair greasy and limp. The old version was much better, but it used better, more expensive ingredients. The new version uses cheaper ingredients and it shows. I bought out my store's stock of the old formula and returned the new version is is very inferior.

I used to use Dove Daily Moisture until they changed the formula and I couldn't do the smell and it didn't work as well either. The regular Tresemme was drying to my hair but this stuff is AMAZING. I've tried 40+ shampoos and conditioners the last 1.5 years and this is the winner. I love that it doesn't have coconut oil or protein, just amino acids and hyaluronic acid. It is also not super over fragranced. Just smells fresh. My coarse hair loves it. It's a little hard to lather at first but just add some water after adding shampoo and it's great. Bonus that it's now available at Sam's! Please don't change this formula!

I have been using both products since 2009 and noticed I had itchy sore scalp. Doctor gave me medication that is not curing the problem. I have contact Dermatitis. Heard and read in the national papers (Daily Mail and Telegraph) that one of the ingredient methylisothiazolinone is the cause. I am very upset. I still have 3 unopened Shampoo and 3 unopened Conditioners. I am now going to take this matter further and hope all who read this review DO NOT USE THE PRODUCTS.

This is the BEST CONDITIONER EVER. This conditioner makes my hair softer than a baby's. I am Black and i have relaxed, damaged, dry, and hard to manage hair. Every time I use this I could easily slip my fingers through my hair which i could barely never do. My hair becomes soft, moisturized, and shiny to the point I don't want to wash it out. I also love how it's clear and smells yummy. This is the best and only conditioner i will ever use. For extra bonus leave the conditioner in a little longer than instructed.

I really hate the new formulations of the Moisture Rich Shampoo and Conditioner (with the black label and black cap). I compared ingredients from the old bottle to the new one, and the ingredients are different, much cheaper, and not as effective. The new formula leaves my hair greasy and limp, the old one left it perfect. Please bring back the old formulas with the superior ingredients. I returned all of my bottles of Tresemme with Unilever labels, and bought all of the old stock from Alberto-Culver. I will not purchase Tresemme anymore unless the old formula is brought back.

Sadly, Tresemme has gone down in quality since Unilever took over Alberto Culver. My well loved Vitamin E Moisture Rich (not Luxurious Moisture) shampoo and conditioner has since changed formulas for the worst. The quality ingredients (sweet almond, sunflower, hazel extract, etc) in the old formula has been replaced with synethtic waxes and silicones. My hair was anything but luxurious or moisturized when I tried their new formula. I was exclusively a Tresemme user for several years and praised and suggested the Vitamin E shampoo and conditioner but now this line is far from superior. I have moved on to a competitor's Herbal Vitamin E and Rose Hips line, which I simply love. However, if Tresemme finally gave into what the customer wants and changed back to their original best selling shampoo and conditoner, I would gladly begin purchasing again. I have used Tresemme Moisture Rich shampoo for years and it was the best. That was until they changed the formula from a clear-liquid base to a cream base. I do not like the new product. It doesn't wash fully out of my hair, and my hair comes out limp and lifeless. I HATE THE NEW FORMULA! Please, please, please, return to the old formula and you will have a lifelong customer again.

I've been looking for a good brand for shampoo/conditioners for a long time. I have heard great things about TRESemme. However, I bought this conditioner/shampoo today and I was somewhat upset. I am a 14 year old boy. So I used the given directions on what to do and my hair still looks and feels dry. It gives it some shine and it does feel soft but I don't want my hair to look dry. I also LOVE the scent. Overall, it's a very good brand. :)

This product is amazing I would reccomend this for dry hair, or if you just need some moisturizing like me. It smells great and leaves my hair soft silky and smooth! I cant get over how well this works! It is hands down the best product I have ever tried!

I rarely do reviews unless I find a product that WOWs me.. This IS that product. I am an African American woman with relaxed hair. My hair is very thick and tangles easily, even with the relaxer to tame it some-what. It's been a task trying to find a product to provide the moisture that I need for my hair to endure the styling tools I use to dry and straighten. Since using the moisture rich shampoo and condition, I've found that my hair is healthier, softer and more full than its ever been. I struggled to obtain the same look that I got at the salon; other products I used would leave my hair frizzy. Moisture rich is a great find! It smells great, feels great, and the styling results are amazing.
