[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gum's flavor and consistency lasts much longer than any other brand I have tried. I go through anywhere from a few sticks to 2/3 a pack in a day, especially while busy at work. I chew it after meals to help get stuff off my teeth, and keep my breath fresh. I seriously don't know if it is equivalent to brushing, but it sure helps make it feel clean and fresh, and helps me get rid of some stuck stuff. But I also use it to help with cravings to snack. I just pop in a stick of gum and it helps me for a while. Sometimes I tire of it quickly, and a short time later I grab another. I end up using a lot more near the end of the day at work. I personally really like the Peppermint and Spearmint flavors. The flavor lasts long enough. And it has no sugar. I certainly would not want to keep sugar-based gum on my teeth this much. I really like these large square packs because they are a good value, and they fit easily in my drawer at work, and in the pantry at home. Definitely recommend!

I was truly impressed with how long the flavor lasted and how well the gum held up while being chewed. The gum didn't breakdown quickly, like most gums do, while chewing it. The flavor is super minty and definitely takes care of that “after lunch” breath!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extra Sugarfree Gum Variety Box of 20 Packs Has Three Flavors 7 of Polar Ice, 7 of Spearamint, and 6 of WinterGreen. Polar Ice is a Blend of Mint Flavors, Spearamint is Normal strength mint, and WinterGreen is a Smoother mint. Overall Was Surprised By taste of Polar Ice. Highly recommend if do not hate mint Flavors. Nicely soft Gum with a mint taste for at least 15 minutes of enjoyment: as with any gum you should not swallow it, but throw away when taste is gone.

This gum is sugar free which is one of its pluses as well as it is long lasting too. Extra sugarfree chewing gum has strong good flavor that doesn't disappear in couple seconds of chewing so it will last longer.It also give a fresh breath as a great bonus too.
