There's 15 pieces of gum in in each pack. Each stick of gum has 5 little calories of flavorful goodness. After the initial delicious burst of flavor you will find this is a great long lasting gum. I wear upper dentures so I am going to rate the "stickiness" of each flavor, meaning how much the gum sticks to the denture. Polar Ice has the least sticking, followed by Spearmint and then Peppermint. It may seem a strange thing to rate but people who wear dentures still like to chew gum and it's good to know if something would be doable. Your mileage, of course, may vary. I think you'll really enjoy Extra gum.

I loved all of the flavors but I loved the Spearmint the most. It has a sweet and refreshing flavor that lasts for several hours. It freshens my breath every time.
