There is no synthetic ingredients and most of the ingredients are organic which fits well into our lifestyle. They also do not make her nauseous like a lot of other woman's vitamins do. Overall they are wonderful.

They are what I would call “horse sized.” However they do not have a strange taste to them, and they go down smoothly. My stomach is never upset after taking them, which has been a problem for me in the past. I’ve been very happy with these vitamins. I also like that these come with 75 in a bottle so I don’t have to buy them every single month.

I saw Rainbow Light - Women's One High Potency Multivitamin and thought these might be what I'm looking for. With what's going right now you need anything you can do to make sure you're as healthy as you can be.

She gave the all clear and told me she might also start taking this particular multivitamin as well. I've been taking it for almost a week but feel it's too soon to tell if it's making a huge difference but do feel slightly more alert during the day. The only issue I have with this product is how big of a pill it is to swallow. For those who have a hard time, this would definitely be more difficult to get down. Other than that, I am very pleased with the product.

Taste isn’t the most pleasant if you don’t swallow quickly. Bottle is slim and easy to store in a medicine cabinet or on a countertop. I have noticed a difference in my energy level thru-out the day since I started taking these.
