This was a brand that was recommended by one of my favorite bloggers and it does contain the majority of the nutrients that one needs to consume during the day it is a very comprehensive product I think it Compares very well to other products it's a little bit pricey but it's worth it

I like that they are vegetarian and have superfoods and probiotics in them. It’s a once a day all in one multivitamin that works great . I plan on continuing using and feeling a better version of myself. Highly recommend!

What I noticed most since using this vitamin is that I do have increased energy throughout the day and that I am not getting tired as easily as I did before. I do recommend this supplement.

These things are huge, I am guessing bc they are full of the good stuff for our bodies. I'm used to taking pills because I am diabetic but these were a bit hard to get down.

I could feel the difference in my body within a few days. I was scared at first thinking it was going to be another giant horse pill that doesn't work. But it really does. I felt more energy during the day and the was able to quit taking two other vitamins because everything I needed is in one now! Super excited! Easy to open and easy to find in all stores. I take it in the morning and have not had any problems with upset tummy or anything. They are kind of large and do smell a little but not as bad as other vitamins I have smelled in the past.
