I have taken multivitamins in the past, but I've never tried a product that also contained superfoods & probiotics. If they work (and remember to give it a few months before you can see results), it will make life a little easier for me. I wouldn't have to buy probiotics as well, plus you get a lot of superfoods in your daily pill: spirulina, beet, kale, spinach. Besides, you are only supposed to take one a day, where with other vitamins you usually have to take more than one and that makes them more expensive. I am still a bit confused about the Daily Value of some of these vitamins and minerals. Some are as low as 8% DV (Calcium) and some as high as 1667% (Thiamin). I have done some research, but I will continue reading to understand how this works. I was worried about the size of the pills, since they are quite large, but I was able to swallow them easily. Yes, they do have an unpleasant taste, like any other vitamin (except for gummies, of course). These vitamins are vegetarian and gluten-free and the bottle is made from limestone and they used a tree-free label. I am not sure whether they are manufactured in the USA, which is a very important detail to me. I was not able to find this answer anywhere yet.

It's non gmo which is one of my must haves, and this womens one a day has organic ingredients like spirulina, broccoli, blackberry and cranberry to name a few. These tablets are easy to swallow and I feel good taking them.

I feel better and getting older all the extra calcium and vitamins ate great. i take these with a biotin vitamin also. that thinning hair as you age is horrible. i do see a little difference in my energy being up. and that's nice. also the body working better. the only thing they are a little big.

I normally take a multi-vitamin and a probiotic so to have 2 in 1 pill is awesome! I’ve taken these vitamins for about a week, so far I have felt more energized when I take it and for at least a few hours afterwards. I have had no issues with an upset stomach or any other weird side effects. I will continue to take these and update my review. The solo reason for the 4 stars is that these pills are huge! (Please see attached pic.) For me personally, I can handle taking large pills, but if you are someone who tends to gag I would look for another option. All in all I think these vitamins make me feel energized and help keep my body healthy!

These are very high quality and contain all the recommended vitamin amounts. As a plus these are gluten free. For me these really seemed to work better than what I was used to, with no upset stomach. They don't resolve in your mouth as you are trying to swallow them either! A very high end product
