If you look at what is in it, it is comprehensive amd much derived from plants, so in their natural form. These do not make me nauseous as others do or give me a stomache ache. I also like that the pills are not rough, which minimizes tasting the vitamins and make it easy to swallow.

Because of some health issues and other causes, no matter how well I slept and ate, or how much money I spent on vitamins, I was still always tired.
