I could feel the difference in my body within a few days. I was scared at first thinking it was going to be another giant horse pill that doesn't work. But it really does. One vitamin pill and I’m getting my daily vitamins plus a probiotic and superfood blend. The woman’s vitality blend has organic chlorella, grape (whole fruit extract), organic pomegranate, lutein.

The only downfall to these vitamins is the sensitivity if taken without food, they really mess with your stomach!

These things are huge, I am guessing bc they are full of the good stuff for our bodies. I'm used to taking pills because I am diabetic but these were a bit hard to get down.
