I could feel the difference in my body within a few days. I was scared at first thinking it was going to be another giant horse pill that doesn't work. But it really does. I felt more energy during the day and the was able to quit taking two other vitamins because everything I needed is in one now! Super excited! Easy to open and easy to find in all stores. Priced is comparable to the others. I suggest everyone to try it!

It's non gmo which is one of my must haves, and this womens one a day has organic ingredients like spirulina, broccoli, blackberry and cranberry to name a few. As a night shift worker, they provide me with the energy to last the night. Love the fact that there is "super foods" blended in. Organic and vegetarian. The only down side is that they only have 8% of calcium.
