[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins are great! They are loaded with vitamins from several superfoods that I don’t always get. I am on a low carb diet and don’t eat things like beets. I take these vitamins for the nutrients and get a probiotic. Best of all, I am still in a state of ketosis when I test myself. These are right up my alley! I Really like that I don’t feel tired and bloated too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to take a multi vitamin because I think I need to supplement my vitamin intake. I tried the High Potency women’s multi vitamin. It was pretty easy to take. It did smell like vitamins like multi vites usually do. I tried to swallow the vitamin quickly so it didn’t have much of a taste. It has sort of a slick coating that makes it easier to swallow.

It's also a little morning pick me upper to know you've taken something that ultimately helps your body. Great way to start the morning. I would say these are medium sized and not hard to go down. The days i dont eat after taking them, I notice no upset stomach. The smell isn't bad but it's definitely noticeable, and not strong enough to taste it.

Let me tell you about this vitamin. I’ve taken Rainbow Light supplements for over 25 years. There was a vitamin I use to take that was simply called Just Once. It was a multi-vitamin, one a day. Over the past couple of years, I noticed that I could no longer find they plain Just Once. The only vitamin I could find was Women’s One or Men’s One. These were made all along (I think), but the simple Just Once with no designation of male or female was also available. Well to say the least, since I could no longer find the plain Just Once I switched over to Women’s One. And I tell you it has been horrible. I’ve tried to take them for several months. I had to get off of these vitamins all together. For some reason these are not swallowable like the plain Just Once. These vitamins get stuck every time. The Women’s One vitamin looks the same as the regular Just Once from years ago, but they definitely don’t go down as well. I have to spend 15 minutes doing extreme things to get it down my throat and out of my chest cavity. Rainbow, please bring back the plain Just Once (pictured below).

Taste isn’t the most pleasant if you don’t swallow quickly. Bottle is slim and easy to store in a medicine cabinet or on a countertop. I have noticed a difference in my energy level thru-out the day since I started taking these.
