I am getting older and I need a multivitamin daily. Once I got home and opened the bottle. I realized these are huge pills. I have a hard time taking them because they are so big. They also have a strong vitamin smell that I don't like. I have been taking these for a few weeks. They don't bother my stomach as long as I take them right after I eat. If you can swallow big pills then I would give these a try. They are an affordable option.

Smell is bad as well but again not to much of a smell. The packaging is nice to look at and looks healthy. Wonder what the pricing is.

I alsolove these vitamins although they are huge.It lets me know i'm getting a good amount nourishment for my body. I take it with lots of water. This vitamin gave me a feeling of well being, I am more alert and energetic.I can get up out the bed and do more. It is worth the money and I will continue to take them as long as I can. Someone mentioned the taste, I hardly noticed that but I would quickly chug mine down with plenty of water or Gatorade so it wasn't bad for me. It is easy on my stomach also.

My only complaint is the size of the tablet which is pretty large and can be difficult to swallow. However, it does give me a lot of energy and made me feel healthy when taking.

It has a whole list of vitamins, a vitality blend, organic rainbow superfoods blend, and digest support blend. I love the fact it has I do not feel like I need to take multiple other vitamins, digestive enzymes or probiotics due to all of the great ingredients.
