We had the Compact Convection oven. We Bought the Smart oven Pro 4 years ago and now the convection fan stopped working. Just made a loud noise suddenly and no longer works. Cant afford a new one again. Just have to get rid of it and use my main oven again. Too bad.I did love the convenience of the counter top oven just for the 2 of us.:cry:

I bought the Smart Oven Pro 4 years and a half ago and the convection fan does not work anymore. Additionally, bottom heat elements seems to heat less (bread, pizza do not cook evenly). So nice product but disappointed by the quality for the price paid...and no parts could be ordered to fix the issues.

VERY loyal to my Breville products but I may have to try your competitor. I really want to purchase your built in air fryer toaster oven but I'm afraid an element might go out w all the bells and whistles. My toaster takes around 13 minute to toast just one side, the on/off button works rarely, the door to open now just slams on my counter, something internally broke.

The product is overall poor quality. In an attempt to clean it with a non abrasive, mild cleanser, the finish washes off. The heating element broke shortly after receiving it. My previous toaster oven, which was much cheaper and a lesser brand, lasted longer than this overpriced, poor quality appliance.

about 3 years daily use the on/off push button wears out and access to it is almost impossible. not worth having repaired. not an isolated case as it's well documented on line/youtube etc. interior light comes on right away but needs to be pushed a few times to activate cooking or turning off

The first toaster oven worked great but you can't expect it to last forever. We bought our second one which had the convection feature plus an interior light. The convection fan stopped working shortly after we bought it but because we liked the other features, continued to use it. Then it sparked at the cord base. When I contacted Breville they said they would fix it even though it was beyond the warranty. And they did! I am very pleased with this and would recommend this toaster oven as it does a lot of things!
