We love this toaster oven. Best on the market for sure. Heats up really fast and cooks evenly. HOWEVER, there's a common design flaw that the circuit board overheats and right after the warranty is done, the buttons stop working or become finicky. Breville - you know about this issue. FIX IT PLEASE!

Bought this exactly 2 years ago and the convection feature has already failed! The fan motor makes an electrical humming noise and the fan doesn't spin at all. I had hoped the high price tag for this unit would translate to high quality , however this was hardly the case.

The downside would be if you were a large family. I can make a baked dinner for 3 easily but any more and it takes a bit of relaying, so I just use my electric frypan to do the veggies while the meat is in the oven. The best part is the timer. I can slow cook a lamb shoulder and go to my daughter's footy game, then it switches off when its done and you come home to a hot meal.

The oven works great we have tried reheat, bake, toast (2 slices) and broil. It has performed well each time. We especially like the dials for temp and time.
