Aroma 30-Cup Commercial Rice Cooker

cooks fast but the rice stick to the bottom and the sides big time.

I ordered for a 30 cup cooker, but a 60 cup cooker was shipped. So, I had to return it in a nearby sam's club.

Wrong one shipped.

It doesn't cook big batches completely. Still have a lot of raw rice.

Not meant for commercial use

The first time used, we cooked 30 cups of rice and all went well.  We were careful to use the cups sent with our order.  I always wash rice until water is mostly clear.  Then I add the appropriate amount of water to the suggested water mark (in this case 60).  The rice cooked in about 30 minutes, then it should steam a while longer before its completely ready.
