The first time used, we cooked 30 cups of rice and all went well.  We were careful to use the cups sent with our order.  I always wash rice until water is mostly clear.  Then I add the appropriate amount of water to the suggested water mark (in this case 60).  The rice cooked in about 30 minutes, then it should steam a while longer before its completely ready.

This rice cooker is very easy to use. I love not having to worry about timing the rice. It shuts off and goes to a warming mode automatically. I wish I would have found this cooker a long time ago.

Rice pot

This has been great to make large batches of rice %26 It is very easy to use. The cooker is pretty big %26 does take up quite a bit of room but other than that I am happy with my purchase.

This was a good buy for the price. The only thing is I had to experiment with the pot because it wasn't just press the button and go, and no directions to tell you to press the button twice. After I learned it cooked the rice perfectly.

Great Purchase

What I didn't like about this cooker is that there's no option for different kinds of rice or that you're not able to turn it back on if the rice isn't cooked to your liking. 😕

It doesn't cook big batches completely. Still have a lot of raw rice.
