Bought FOUR Commercial Rice cookers. They are NOT non-stick as advertised! BEWARE! Brown Crust forms on bottom of cooked rice.

I was making rice in large 4in pans for big cookings but with this cooker it will make a full 4in pan plus more.

Great product. Worked exactly as said. Cooked the rice in 40 minutes and when I was busy automatically clicked over to warm. I had a party with close to 200 people and it kept on going. I would definitely recommend. The only drawback, the rice did stick a bit but it did not burn on the pan.

We feed our dogs rice with their meals and we go through a lot! I got this because of the amount of rice it cooks at once. It works really well and is easy to use. The only negative comment I have is that if you use the amount of water indicated, the rice is very sticky. I reduced the amount of water for the next couple of batches an bit worked great. Definitely a must have if you need large quantities of rice ... For any reason.

For the price I paid, the cooking functions and capacity of the rice cooker is just perfect for what I needed it for. I actually have a total of three of this that I use at least three times a year or more, for large local community events. I purchased two of them over a year ago, and recently purchased this one only because of the increased volume of rice needed to be served at our large community events.
